Specific Regulations
Article 1. Organization
The Nationale Sluitingsprijs Putte-Kapellen is organized by Sportkomiteit Putte-Kapellen vzw, Albert-Louisastraat 4, 2950 Kapellen, under the regulations of the International Cycling Union. It is to be held on October 11th 2011 .
Article 2. Type of event
The event is open to athletes of the Men Elite categories. The event is entered on the UCI Europe Tour calendar (Continental calendar) and is registered as a class 1.1 event. In conformity with the UCI rules, points are awarded as follows for the UCI Continental Men Elite ranking:

Article 3. Participation
As per article 2.2.005 of the UCI regulations, the event is open to the following teams: U.C.I. Pro Teams (max. 50%), U.C.I. Professional Continental Teams, U.C.I. Continental Teams and National Teams.
As per article 2.2.003 of the UCI regulations, teams must be formed of minimum 5 and maximum 8 riders.
Article 4. Race headquarters
The race headquarters shall be open October 11Tth 2011 , from 9h00 till 18h00 and located at the following address: Vip-tent, A.C. Swinnestraat, 2940 Stabroek.
Team representatives are requested to confirm their starters and collect their race numbers at the race headquarters from 9h00 to 9h45 on the 11 October 2011 .
The team managers' meeting, organized in accordance with article 1.2.087 of the UCI regulations, in the presence of the Members of the Commissars' Panel, is scheduled for 10h00 at the Vip-tent, A.C. Swinnestraat, 2940 Stabroek.
Article 5. Radio-tour
Race information will be broadcast on the following frequency: 164.510MHz .
Article 6. Neutral technical support
The technical support service is handled by Service Support Libιma exploitation BV.
The neutral support is taken care of by: 3 cars and 1 motorbike.
Article 7. Finishing time limitsAny rider finishing in a time exceeding that of the winner by more than 5% shall not be placed. The time limit may, in exceptional circumstances, be increased by the Commissars' Panel in agreement with the organizer.
Article 8. Prizes
The following prizes are awarded based on the price table for Men Elite 1.1 U.C.I.

Article 9. Antidoping
The UCI antidoping regulations are entirely applicable to the event. Moreover, and in conformity with the law of Belgium , the Belgian antidoping legislation is applicable in addition to the UCI antidoping regulations .
The antidoping tests will take place at Kin. Paul Van Loon, Puttestraat 55, 2940 Stabroek-Putte.
Article 10. Awards ceremony
In accordance with article 1.2.112 of the UCI rules, the following riders must attend the official awards ceremony: The first three riders of the event
The riders will present themselves at the platform in a time limit of maximum 5 minutes after crossing the finish line.
Article 11. Penalties
The UCI penalty scale is the only one applicable.
ARTICLE 12. Press interview and Vip-protocol
The winner of the event and his manager will go to the press-room after the anti-doping tests.
After, the winner will join the reception at 18:00 pm , where he'll receive a special trophy, VIP-tent A.C. Swinnestraat.
